Ingrediënten die niet groeien op het veld: 

2-3ajuinen1teentje knoflookhandje korte pastazout, peper, laurier parmezaanse kaas

Recept: 

Minestrone is een maaltijdsoep. Je kunt er nog andere groenten in verwerken maar met labbonen is het heel lekker.

Snij alle groenten in kleine stukjes.Begin met ajuin, look te stoven, voeg de wortels, selder, courgetten, tomaten. Voeg water toe, zout, tijm, de helft van het basilicum, de labbonen en wat later de pasta.(Er kunnen uiteraard nog andere groenten bij.)Vlak voor het opdienen voeg je een stuk parmezaan toe, bv het laatste stuk met de korst (hou ik er speciaal voor bij), en vers gesneden basilicum. Er kan ook wat gerookte ham ingesneden worden maar ik vind het niet echt nodig.
