Ingrediënten die niet groeien op het veld: 

250 gram champignons 150 gram mager gerookte spekreepjes of baconreepjes 1 eetlepel neutrale olie peper, zout 1/2 theelepel gemalen nootmuskaat cayennepeper naar smaak 1 eetlepel mosterd een beetje room

Recept: 

Verhit de olie in de wok. Bak hierin de spekreepjes knapperig. Voeg de plakjes champignons toe en bak deze mee tot al het vocht is verdwenen. Voeg de prei en/of ui toe en bak deze 2 minuten mee. Doe dan de spitskool erbij en roerbak alles nog . 5 - 10 minuten, afhankelijk van de dikte van de spitskool. (De spitskool moet nog knapperig blijven!) Maak de spitskool op smaak met peper, zout, nootmuskaat en wat cayennepeper. Roer 2 eetlepels crème fraîche en 1 eetlepel mosterd door de kool.Een snel klaargemaakt en lekker gerechtje.
